The Business Builder event is a Kanbrick Community event and opportunity to bring together like-minded business builders who want to learn, share, and build long-term relationships. We put on this event because we believe that learning compounds and that we are all stronger in sharing from our common successes, failures, and general learning. We love sharing our experience and insights from working across and in dozens of companies, and connecting other great leaders. We also think it’s fun to meet interesting people who are building and growing world class companies.

The Kanbrick Community is an exclusive, invitation-only community of CEOs, owners, and executives who are leading high quality businesses. These leaders are focused on continuous improvement, building strong companies, and coming together to share best practices and learnings in a low-ego environment. The Kanbrick Community has access to Kanbrick’s programming, events, and content, where we seek to openly share our lessons and learnings from running companies, as well as access to other leaders who are part of the Kanbrick Community.

Kanbrick was founded by Tracy Britt Cool and Brian Humphrey – we are investors and operators who were both shaped by growing up in family businesses in Kansas. We learned that building something great happens “brick by brick” through hard work, discipline, and integrity. Our name, Kanbrick, recognizes these two critical influences that define us and our vision. We both started as investors, and over the last five years, we partnered as CEO and CFO of Pampered Chef, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, to transform the business.

The event will offer a mix of larger group sessions with dynamic speakers, customized and tailored breakout sessions, panel discussions, and plenty of networking.

This event is invitation-only, and we seek to build a curated group of attendees who are focused on building high quality businesses, consistently improving, and sharing best practices with others. Your invitation is non-transferable.
